E-Waste Management Authorization in India its Rule and Details

Licensing Covered under E Waste Management Rules 

Under the E Waste Management Authorization the following Licenses or compliances covered which are mentioned below 

For Producer or Manufacturer- EPR Authorization from Central Pollution Control Board (CPCB) 

For Importers & Brand Owners -  EPR Authorization from Central Pollution Control Board (CPCB) 

For E Waste Recyclers - State Pollution Control Board (SPCB) will issue Consent to Establishment (CTE) , Consent to Operate (CTO) & Hazardous Waste Authorization (HWM). After that to register under EPR Compliance as a Recycler. 

For Electronics Refurbisher- EPR Authorization from Central Pollution Control Board (CPCB) and State Pollution Control Board (SPCB) will issue Consent to Establishment (CTE) , Consent to Operate (CTO) & Hazardous Waste Authorization (HWM).for Refurbishing category. .
