Which government authorities are involved?

If you are setting up an e-waste recycling facility, first you need to go to the State Pollution Control Board (SPCB) NOC, then the Central Pollution Control Board (CPCB) will issue the Extended Producer Responsibility license (EPR). E Waste Recycler have to obtain permission from both State Pollution Control Boards for the plant setup. In the first step, the State Pollution Control Board will give permission, and in the second step, the Central Pollution Control Board. Both are the authorized government bodies.
